Orange, Cardamom and Rhubarb Jam


With an abundance of rhubarb this jam came from experimenting with some of my all time favourite flavours. Orange and rhubarb are a match made in heaven and the added cardamom in this jam brings a sweet citrussy note.
If you’ve caught me at an event you might have tried this in my popular Rhubarb Cookies!



This is my current flavour obsession! It pairs perfectly with ginger in my super popular Rhubarb Jam Cookies. Or try it layered in a yoghurt pot with granola for a refreshing breakfast.
